I was sent in a lovely request from a guy who wanted to no longer be self conscious and anxious when dancing. This can be a big issue for people. In fact I’m not really a dancer (my friends can testify to that one!) and it can be a very anxious process. The thoughts of what people thinking and how we are looking. Whereas in reality I can pretty much guarantee no one is thinking anything – I mean are we really that important and special that people want to see us, critic us and even care what we’re doing?? Hmmm I don’t think so. But we create these thoughts, beliefs and feelings as if they were true and that’s the issue here. We need to get back in control and simply let go and enjoy ourselves.
